COVID-19 Safety Protocols 

One of the main reasons for moving our bodies and being active is to be healthy. I am committed to helping my clients stay safe and be healthy not only with their exercise, but also in minimizing the spread of germs. COVID-19, in particular, is insidious in that people who are infected with the virus can spread the disease to others prior to showing symptoms or without ever developing symptoms themselves*. To protect my clients and myself I am following the safety protocol outlined here:

  • I wear a KN-95 mask that covers my nose and mouth when working with my clients in person.

  • There is no sharing of equipment between clients from different households.

  • I am vaccinated for COVID-19 and receive annual boosters. While not required, I prefer that my clients be vaccinated and boosted as well.
