In the time I have known Rosie I have found her to be excellent in training for strength and stamina as well as to advise training to recover from injuries or soreness. Most recently I was experiencing shoulder pain. Rosie gave me a set of exercises to do as well as recommendations for ice and an over-the-counter anti-inflammatory. This combination worked extremely well to reduce inflammation in my shoulder and strengthen the muscles to provide a long-term relief from my very aggravating and limiting shoulder pain. Rosie is very precise in her instruction and teaches the correct way to do an exercise starting with correct posture and position before starting and during the specific exercise she is recommending. I will continue to use Rosie in the future and recommend her highly.

Rosie came into my 64-year old brother’s life before the pandemic. They started to do a little bit of exercise together which he always said that he liked. And then the pandemic came along and Peter was stuck at home. He had a Traumatic Brain Injury a number of years ago and during this past year while he wasn’t able to get out, Rosie’s visits twice a week (fully masked, socially distanced in the backyard!) really helped to ground him and he has actually improved in balance and stamina due to her thoughtful direction. He isn’t always the easiest person to get along with, but for him, Rosie walks on water! He looks forward to his exercise days, even if she finds him on a day when his arthritis is acting up. She is very flexible (physically and mentally!) and tailors the workouts to what he can handle on that particular day. She has also helped us with some ideas for how to balance Peter’s meds and things that we might do to help Peter be more comfortable. Generous, careful, fun, thoughtful and above all, kind. Rosie is a treasure!

Anyone of any age that chooses to have a healthier lifestyle, should work with Rosie. She has the ability to understand your weaknesses and your strengths and allows all of her clients to work on a schedule that fits their every need. She makes sure that all of your exercises fit you and your abilities, while encouraging you to stay motivated and healthy. There is no right or wrong when it comes to working with Rosie and her individually designed programs. Her bright smile and bubbly personality make you want to see her every day. I highly recommend trying one of her sessions! See for yourself how easy it is to fit her into your routine.

Rosie is an excellent trainer, coach, mentor and motivator. She takes clients from where they are in their fitness and creates an achievable program that focuses on consistent progress and ultimate success. She got me power walking every morning before work. It has improved my fitness as well as outlook on my entire day. I feel better, I stand taller, I look leaner - and my friends are noticing! Thank you Rosie, for helping me improve my health.

I met Rosie many years ago when she was a volunteer coach of my daughter's Special Olympics swim team. Rosie taught her all of her strokes, a flip turn, and coached her to compete in the IM and win gold. We also joined Rosie in her own fundraising efforts to swim a mile for the Women's Cancer Resource Center. Rosie is a compassionate and caring human being and a great partner in personal training. She came to my office before COVID and started me on the basics: balance, stretching, strength. We only had a few weeks together before we had to shut everything down. However, I still do some of the exercises she taught me. After a year of sitting, I NEED to start in again. Rosie will customize your routine to meet your level and needs. She cares about her clients overall well being and is fun, supportive and a lovely person to be around and to know.

I was skeptical about personal trainers until I met Rosie! She's fabulous and expertly trained. She will come to your place, backyard, airy room, back deck (which she does for me) and, wearing a mask will teach you how to fix your body for whatever ails it, muscle-wise. She's most insightful for older people.
In my case I suddenly realized I was losing upper body strength. Rosie listens very closely to what you say and transmutes her insights into superbly targeted exercises that are appropriate for your individual case. After a short period of time I feel healthier, stronger and my aches and pains are vanishing as I follow her suggestions. She worked with me weekly and then monthly, as I got the hang of it all. She also gave recovery tips to my husband who broke his collarbone in a bike accident. She's greatly sympathetic and (unaccountably) cheerful.
I'm trying to get all my friends to go to her! You have to be willing to work but it's worth it!
